Where are the 0's?
Even in the break, I assume there were times when Martijn wasn't pedaling.
Very interesting to see though. Awesome job.

We used PowerAgent's Smoothing Factor to show the graphs - not trying to hide anything, but without the Smoothing Factor, the grpahs are a jumble of zig-zag lines that look more like preschooler's art work than meaningful data.

There is one piece of information that is missing from all this...what is Maaskant's weight? How aerodynamic is he relative to his size and weight? That would definitely show more about how much power he was putting out and etc.

Allen Lim is going to be posting a more detailed analysis of Maaskant's ride later this week on the Team Slipstream website (http://www.slipstreamsports.com). Keep an eye out there. If he doesn't include Maaskant's weight, I will see what I can do to find that out and post it here.

is that supposed to be 6000KJ or Calories - doesn't seem much.....??

6000 is a pretty accurate number. Check out this page for Allen's explanation of how PowerTap calculates energy expenditure on a bike: http://www.saris.com/CalorieCalculator.aspx.
