Saris does not accept returns on products purchased at a retail location. Products purchased at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase according to the retailer's individual return policy.

 

Products purchased at saris.com must be returned accorcding to the instructions in your order confirmation email. For additional information see the Shopatron Returning Merchandise FAQ.

 

If the product was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt, contact customer service at 800-783-7257 to arrange a resolution.
