How do I know if a rack will fit my car?
There is a fit chart located on the Saris homepage. You can also call your local bike shop or call our customer service line at 1-800-783-7257.
What is the warranty on Saris products?
All Saris products have a lifetime warranty.
I cannot find roof racks on your website. Have you stopped selling them?
We choose to specialize in racks for the rear of the car. However, we do have an inventory of roof rack products available. If you are an existing roof rack customer and need replacement parts, we have them available. If you need to change parts to accomodate a new car, we do offer an upgrade program. What are Hatch Huggers?
Hatch Huggers are an accessory used on our trunk racks. They are required for some cars that have glass hinge lines (such as on some hatchbacks). Our fit guide will detail which cars require them.
How can I get an instruction manual for my rack?
