Purchased this type e bike power rack 3 years ago. From day one had difficulty inserting the key to raise and lower the rack. Called saris they told me to spray silicone on the key. Worked a little better never had trouble raising the rack. However, the otherday ready to leave for a ride and the rack would not turn on to raise the rack. Was getting power to the rack because the rack lights were working. Hope this issue can be resolved, do not wish to spend another $1600 for a rack.

So easy to use and makes putting any type of bike easy on your car. I’ve never seen anything like it specially helpful for those that don’t have the strength to pick up their bikes or lift heavy electric bikes. The straps are very secure too!

I purchased my saris after struggling to load my ebike on a non motorized rack. Simply couldnt manage it. With the saris i can easily load my bike and be off for a ride. I also had an opportunity to access customer support and your rep David stuck with me over several days to resolve my issue. Great customer service!
