I have a new Carbon fiber step through bike and took it on an inaugural Spring ride using the Saris Freedom 2-bike hitch rack. It was awesome! My bike was very secure in it with the moveable arms I was able to load it closest to the rear of myvehicle carrying just the one bike. It didn’t wobble once I secured the hitch pin all the way tightly. Thank you for making this great product.My bike was 30 lbs without the battery.

I bought this rack (replacing a perfectly good one) because I needed something sturdier for my wife’s and my new e-bikes. Neither mine (Specialized Vado SL) nor hers (Aventon Pace 4) fits on the Freedom 2-Bike rack. Nowhere did I see any mention of bike frame design/size constraints when I was considering your rack. I am bummed.

So far, a 4. Could go to 5 after a bit of use. Assembly was easy. Rack is lightweight, bit sturdy. Much lighter than my 3 slot Quat rack. However, getting 2 bikes on there requires some fidgeting with the supports, which isn't needed on the Quat. Overall it seems like a good rack with value for the money.
