The Saris M2 Smart Trainer is a wheel-on indoor trainer with electromagnetic resistance that adjusts automatically to your training app. It handles up to 1500 watts and simulates climbs up to a 15% grade, so it works for structured intervals, sprints, and virtual rides. Dual-band ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth connect the M2 to apps like Zwift, Rouvy, and TrainerRoad, and built-in speed, cadence, and power measurement means no extra sensors are needed. Power readings are accurate to within +/- 5%. The M2 fits most road and mountain bikes with the included steel quick-release skewer, and a clutch knob sets consistent roller-to-tire pressure each ride.

More like a very generous 4.5 stars.
Overall, I'm very happy with this trainer. I was able to take my training to the next level for only $200! With that said, it does have its issues with connectivity. I use this trainer with my Garmin watch and suggested workouts and the connection drops intermittently several times in a session. It's certainly not a deal breaker, and as I said, the benefit it brings at the price greatly outweighs any issues.
I included a screenshot of a short base ride to show how often the connection drops from my watch. I don't use any other training app (Zwift, etc.) so I don't know how well it works with that.
AGAIN, I'm still super happy with this smart trainer and what it adds to my training that I can easily overlook this issue.
